What is MBSA doing?
SHAH ALAM CITY COUNCIL (MBSA) is supposed to be an important city council yet its response has been found to be most unfriendly to complainants. Today, I received a complaint from a good friend of mine from Putrajaya who is not even living in Pinggiran Subang, which comes under the MBSA. As usual, this is all about the Local Government. Although it is the third tier of government, it plays an important role in running the country, especially in providing public amenities that directly affect the people. The appointment of the city mayor is in the hands of the Chief Secretary to the Federal Government, Tan Sri Zuki Ali. And, if he can't even care, who else will?
