A video which I just received from a friend tells the full story. He wanted to know what happened.  At last, common sense prevails.           To have a hump that damages the bottom deck of cars, especially cars with lower decks, simply does not make sense. Whatever the argument given by the Resident Association, the hump has finally been removed.            In fact, both humps should have been removed, but the one left behind is not as bad as the other one.           As I believe in harmony and co-existence,  I will first give the benefit of doubt for the moment, although I know that if the car is fully loaded with people, it will still hit this hump albeit slightly.
